Providing Everything You Need

ASME Code Design
We design and validate pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping & fittings to may ASME standards including: · ASME VIII -1 , VIII- 2, IV, B31.1 , B31.3 & B31.5
Modular Process Skids
Process Skids are checked for structural integrity to ensure safe shipping, operating and testing conditions. The powerful S-Frame/ S-Steel software is utilized to check for wind and seismic conditions

Piping Stress Analysis
A basic pipe design rule dectates that the Piping Systems must possess sufficient flexibility in order to prevent failure due to thermal expansion and contraction. Lacking adequate flexibility, failures could develop in anchors, supports, vessels, pumps, turbines or within the piping systems itself.
We ensure safe piping designs that meet Applicable Code requirements (ASME B31.1, B31.3 or B31.5) using CAESAR II.
Stress Analysis FEA
Stress Analysis is crucial in engineering to predict how structures and materials behave under load.
It helps engineers make informed design decisions, ensure safety and prevent failure. Its essential for optimizing design, Identifying weak points and improving designs. By understanding how stress affect materials, engineers can design more durable products. identifying areas where material can be used more efficiently

Fatigue Analysis
Fatigue analysis for pressure vessels involve predicting lifespan of a vessel under cyclic or fluctuating loads, ensuring it can withstand repeated stress without failure often using methods like FEA and following codes like ASME Section VIII Div 2. Areas of high stress concentration, such as nozzles , welds, sharp corners, saddles are particularly vulnerable to fatigue failure and require careful analysis
CRN-Canadian Registration
Canadian Registration Number (CRN) is system used in Canada for reiewing and registering designs of Pressure Vessels, Pressure Piping systems and the fittings used to make them. All Canadian Provinces and territories use the CRN system. The system is governed by CSA B-51 standard. However each province add their own specific rules.
CRN is mandatory and required for each jurisdiction where the equipment is used. CRN is required whether equipment is built in Canada or outside. Vessels (and heat exchangers) need to be compliant with the Code of manufacturing of the year its built. No equipment will be placed to service without CRN.
CRN specific knowledge is required for successful registration. We have over thirty five years of successful experience with design registration
